With natural mineral makeup it is easy to create a beautiful summer look. Mineral makeup is light-weight, absorbs oil, reflects light, and provides natural sun protection. It also contains anti-inflammatory and sun protection properties, so is a good choice for those with sensitive, allergic or acne prone skin.

The most common minerals used to make natural mineral makeup are mica, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, and talc. Zinc oxide and Titanium dioxide are both effective sun blocks, protecting against UVA and UVB rays. But Titanium dioxide works double-duty, providing anti-inflammatory benefits, as well. This calming effect makes mineral makeup suitable for those with sensitive skin, and even helps with issues like rosacea and eczema.
