Shipping FAQ


  • NOTE: Unless specifically stated, all Free Shipping minimums apply for continental US Orders only, excl. Alaska.
  • Please also note that all prices on this site are in US$ unless specifically indicated.

USA Delivery

Get FREE ground shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States, excluding Alaska.

Orders below $50 are charged $7.50 for standard shipping.

Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days and will be shipped via USPS or UPS. If you place your order before 12 pm PST on a business day, your order will usually ship that same day and arrive within 3-10 business days.

Canadian Delivery

Get up to CA$15 OFF UPS Canada shipping on orders of CA$75 or more within Canada.

Orders usually ship from our US warehouse within 1-5 business days and are delivered within 4-12 business days.

Taxes: We are required to collect GST/HST on Canadian orders.

Customs & Duties: A 10% fee will be charged on the product total for orders shipped to Canada to offset the brokerage, customs and duties that we pay on your behalf - You will NOT BE CHARGED any additional fees or taxes by the carrier.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped by either US Post or UPS.

Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days. Delivery times will vary based on the level of service selected.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight.

Total shipping is displayed on the Order Payment screen.

Please note: If your order is shipping outside of the United States or Canada you may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what specific charges are applicable for each country.

Express Delivery

Express shipping is an additional charge. Delivery times will be dependent on the service level ordered. We try to ship the same day orders received before 12pm PST.
