Return Policy for items purchased online

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Lavera purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. If the products are opened, a store credit will be issued. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns. Also note that CLEARANCE (including Out of Box) items, are final sale, as detailed in the product page for each clearance item, and NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds. If the revised order total fails below the free shipping minimum, a shipping charge may be assessed.

To obtain a refund for your product, please complete the following three steps:

Step 1

Request a return authorization. You may either phone our customer service staff at 1-877-LAVERAS, or complete the email form below.

Step 2

Once our Customer Service Department has authorized the return, please ship the product to the address below:

Make sure to include your name, phone number and a copy of your original invoice in your returned package. We recommend you use insured UPS or US Priority Mail to ensure your return can be tracked and not lost in transit.

Step 3

Upon receipt of the products, our return department will review the items and approve the refund. Please allow up to 30 days from date your return is received for refund to be processed. You will receive an email once the refund has been issued.

Return Policy for Store Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we invite you to return the item to the retail outlet where it was purchased for a replacement or a refund.

Unreasonable Returns

Lavera Skin Care North America Inc reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or for items which have been opened.

Misships, Missing Items, Damaged Items

Please inform us within 3 business days of delivery if there are any problems with your order.
