Return Policy for items purchased online

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Lavera purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns.

Make sure to include your name, phone number and a copy of your original invoice in your returned package. We recommend you use insured UPS or US Priority Mail to ensure your return can be tracked and not lost in transit.

Please allow 30 days from date your return is received for refund to be processed.

Return Policy for Store Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we invite you to return the item to the retail outlet where it was purchased for a replacement or a refund.

Unreasonable Returns

Lavera Skin Care North America Inc reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or for items which have been opened.
