US orders will typically arrive within 3-7 business days and Canadian Orders will typically take 4-10 business days, depending on where you live.

Orders below $75 are charged $15 for standard shipping.
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days and are delivered within 3-6 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: A 15% fee will be charged on the product total for orders shipped to Canada to offset the customs, brokerage and duties that we pay on your behalf.
You will NOT BE CHARGED any additional fees or GST/HST when you receive your order.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
If you live outside of major Canadian Metropolitan areas, there may be a surcharge or additional delay for delivery. In such cases, we will contact you by phone or email for further instructions.

International orders are shipped by either US Post or UPS.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight.

Express shipping is an additional charge. Orders over $50 pay $35 and orders under pay $40 to have a package shipped with UPS Next Day service (no saturday delivery). Orders must be received before 1pm PST to be shipped out the same day. Service is only available within the Continental US.
