Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in connective tissue, where it supports collagen and elastin fibres, strengthening these structural proteins. Just one gramme of hyaluronic acid can bind up to six litres of water, which results in deposits of moisture. Depending on the chain length, it can reach certain skin layers in a targeted way.
