Mineral UV Protection
lavera sun protection uses purely mineral UV filters based on zinc oxide (nano) and titanium dioxide (nano). Unlike synthetic sunscreens, which convert UV radiation into heat energy and dissipate it through the skin, mineral sun protection does not penetrate the skin. Instead, it sits on the skin's surface, where it simply reflects harmful UV radiation like a mirror. That’s why mineral sun protection works immediately after application. Usage and Warning Instructions
Shake well before use. Apply generously before sun exposure. To maintain protection, reapply frequently during sun exposure, especially after swimming or sweating. Avoid intense midday sun. Using small amounts reduces the level of protection. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight, use protective clothing and sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF greater than 25). Even sunscreens with high SPF do not provide complete protection against UV rays. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health risk! Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid contact with textiles (may cause stains). Avoid the lip area. Due to the light reflection of the mineral pigments, a visible shimmer may appear on the skin. Sun rays are filtered in a UVA:UVB ratio of 1:3 according to EU Commission recommendations.

Application and warnings:
Do not store product above 30 °C
Avoid contact with textiles
Apply evenly to cleansed skin. Apply sparingly on joints and feet to avoid stains. Avoid eye contact. Wash hands thoroughly after use. For a lasting tan, use 1 to 2 times weekly. And always remember: self-tanner does not provide sun protection!
