General Terms and Conditions for Sweepstakes

Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Eligible to participate in the sweepstakes are natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland who have reached the age of 18. Employees of Laverana, their relatives, and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

Laverana reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes at any time in cases of manipulation, violations of the participation conditions, false information, or other unfair conduct. In case of a violation of the participation conditions, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.

Laverana expressly reserves the right to terminate sweepstakes for important reasons and without prior notice. This applies especially if circumstances arise that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the sweepstakes.

The winners will be determined by a random drawing among all participants.

The winners will be notified of their prize by email, private message, or direct message no later than 24 hours after the drawing.

Laverana reserves the right to publish the winners' names in anonymized form (e.g., in a separate post as “Anna K. from Hamburg”).

As the organizer, Laverana is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and slight negligence in the event of injury to life, body, or health. If Laverana, as the organizer, has breached a material obligation, it is liable for resulting property and financial damages that were reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion, up to a maximum amount of 5,000.00 euros. Liability for all other damages is excluded.

The legal recourse is excluded.

Privacy Notice for Sweepstakes

The controller according to Art. 4 para. 7 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Die Laverana GmbH & Co. KG, Am Weingarten 4, 30974 Wennigsen. If you wish to contact our data protection officer, please send a letter to our postal address with the subject “Data Protection” or write to the following email address: datenschutz@lavera.de.

If you wish to participate in the sweepstakes, we collect, store, and process the data you provide that is necessary for conducting the sweepstakes and processing the prize. This includes the following data:

• First and last name or account name
• In case of winning: email address
• In case of winning: address

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Your data will be processed for the duration of the sweepstakes. After the winners are determined by drawing, the data of participants who are not winners will be deleted. The data of the winners will be deleted after it has been ensured that they have received their prizes.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data with respect to Laverana: right of access, right to rectification or deletion, right to restriction of processing, right to object to processing, right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
