¹Terms and Conditions for the Skin Longevity Set Test Campaign:
The application period runs from 03/25/26 (00:00) to 04/12/26 (23:59). Participation in the test campaign is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. The organizer of the test campaign is Laverana GmbH & Co. KG, Am Weingarten 4, 30974 Wennigsen (hereinafter referred to as "Laverana"). Complaints can be sent by email to [beschwerden@lavera.de].
Only one participation per person is possible. Eligible to participate in the test campaign are natural persons residing in Germany and Austria who have reached the age of 18. Employees of Laverana, their relatives, and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the test campaign are not eligible to participate.
From all applicants for the test campaign, 50 testers will be randomly selected. They will receive a discount code for the Skin Longevity Set by email, which they can order within 5 days in the online shop at www.lavera.de. Afterwards, the testers can rate the tested products in the
online shop.
Laverana reserves the right to exclude participants from the test campaign at any time in case of manipulation, violation of the participation conditions, false information, or other unfair conduct. In case of violation of the participation conditions, prizes and discounts can also be revoked and reclaimed retroactively.
Laverana expressly reserves the right to terminate competitions for important reasons and without prior notice. This applies in particular if reasons arise that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the competition or the test campaign.
The testers will be determined by random drawing among all participants and notified by email of their discount code win no later than 04/20/2026 after the draw. If the tester is not yet a newsletter subscriber, they will receive a follow-up email where they can confirm future receipt of the newsletter.
Laverana reserves the right to publish the names of the testers in anonymized form (e.g., in a separate post under "Anna K. from Hamburg").
Laverana, as the organizer, is fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and slight negligence in the event of injury to life, body, or health. If Laverana, as the organizer, has breached a material obligation, it is liable for property and financial damages attributable to this, which were reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion, up to a maximum amount of 5,000.00 euros. Liability for all other damages is excluded. Legal recourse is excluded.

If you wish to participate in the competition, we collect, store, and process the data you enter, which is necessary for conducting the competition and processing the prize. This includes the following data:
- First and last name or account name
- In case of winning: email address
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Your data will be processed for the duration of the competition. After the winners are determined by drawing, the data of participants who are not winners will be deleted. The data of the winners will be deleted after it is ensured that they have received their prizes.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data with respect to Laverana: right of access, right to rectification or deletion, right to restriction of processing, right to object to processing, right to data portability. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
²You will receive the 15% discount code by email if you did not win a Skin Longevity Set. It is valid until 04/30/2026 (23:59) exclusively for the Skin Longevity Set in the online shop www.lavera.de and cannot be combined with other promotions or codes. The minimum order value in the lavera Natural Beauty online shop is generally €9.90 gross (also after deduction of the discount).
