Shipping methods and returns
On this page, we inform you about the shipping methods and the associated costs for your order in the lavera Natural Beauty online shop. Please note: Delivery is only possible to the respective country of the shop.
DHL GoGreen
DPD shipping service provider:
Your order will be shipped with DPD. For the sake of the environment, we rely on climate-friendly shipping with DPD, where the greenhouse gas emissions generated during transport are offset by certified climate protection projects.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs to the Netherlands are €5.95. Shipping is free for orders of €30 or more.
Duration of shipping:
Our delivery time with standard shipping via DPD is usually 3-5 business days.
Track shipment:
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number with which you can track the shipping status of your delivery online. Please use the link provided in your email. Note that the tracking number only becomes active once it is registered by the shipping service provider. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later.
Delays:
If there are delays in individual exceptional cases because some items are temporarily unavailable or the promised delivery time is delayed, we will inform you by email.
Returns
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. In this case, simply send an email to service@lavera.shop and let us know your wish to cancel. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please return the goods (if possible in the original packaging) within 14 days after expressing your wish to cancel.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
