Customer account
How do I create a customer account for the lavera online shop?
Super simple: Click on the person icon at the top right and enter your email address. You will receive a 6-digit code by email – enter it, done. Your customer account will be created automatically. No password needed, fast and secure.
What options does my customer account offer me?
Your customer account is your personal hub in the lavera online shop. Here you can:
- view your order history and track orders
- save and manage delivery addresses
- view and adjust payment methods
- update your personal information
This makes your next purchase even easier.
How can I view my recent orders?
Click on the person icon, enter your email address, and confirm the 6-digit code you receive by email. In your customer area, you will find an overview of all your previous orders under “Orders" – including status and details.
How do I add a new delivery address?
There are two ways to do this:
Through your customer account: Log in and navigate to the “Addresses" section. Use “Add new address" to save another delivery address, which will be available for selection in future orders.
Directly at checkout: During the ordering process, you can also enter a new address in the “Shipping" step. If you are logged in, it will be automatically saved to your customer account.
How do I change my saved delivery address?
Here you have two options:
Through your customer account: Go to the “Addresses" section, click “Edit" next to the desired address, and update your information.
Directly at checkout: During the ordering process, your saved addresses will be displayed. Select the desired address and adjust it directly if needed.
How do I change my saved payment method?
Log in to your customer account and go to the "Payment Methods" section. There you can edit or remove saved payment methods. New payment methods can also be added directly at checkout – they will then be automatically saved in your account.
Can I also order as a guest?
Yes, you can also order from us without a customer account. Simply enter your email address, delivery, and payment details at checkout – registration is not required.
Good to know: Without a customer account, features like order history or saved addresses are not available. An account can be created in seconds – making your next purchase noticeably more convenient.
I have forgotten my password for the lavera customer area. What can I do?
Good news: You don’t need a password. Our online shop uses a modern login process. Just enter your email address and you will receive a 6-digit code by email. Enter the code – and you’re in. If the code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
Delivery & Returns
Which countries does the lavera online shop deliver to?
We deliver to DE, AT, FR, IT, PL - if you want to deliver to a country other than DE and AT, please visit www.lavera + the respective ending of your country or search for lavera using your browser's search engine.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days for Germany and Austria, and 3–4 business days for Switzerland, France, Italy, and Poland.
In exceptional cases, slight delays may occur.
How can I track the delivery status of my ordered lavera products?
We offer you two ways to track the shipping status:
1. Via tracking:
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery online. To do this, visit the DHL tracking and enter your tracking number. Please note that the tracking number only becomes active once it has been registered by the shipping provider. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later.
2. Through your customer account:
If you have a customer account, you can view the current status of your orders at any time directly under “Orders". The respective status is clearly displayed there – e.g. Confirmed, In Transit, or Delivered.
Which delivery services are used to ship the orders?
Your ordered lavera products will be shipped within Germany and Austria with DHL GoGreen (climate-neutral shipping). Here you can find more information about our shipping methods and returns.
My package hasn't arrived, what now?
There can be several reasons for this. Therefore, you should first check the tracking number with the respective shipping service provider and inquire about the status there. You can find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation. Also, check if your package might have been delivered to a neighbor.
If the shipping status does not change with the shipping service provider itself after 5 days, please use our contact form or chat with our digital assistant Vera – you can find her as a bubble at the bottom right of the page.
If your package is returned to us with the note that the recipient could not be identified, we will try to find out the reason and get back to you. In some cases, important address details are missing, such as your house number. We will then contact you as soon as possible to request the missing information. Afterwards, we will resend your order to you. Of course, this will not incur any additional costs for you.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
We are very sorry that something went wrong with the shipping of your order. In this case, please contact us by email at service@lavera.shop with the subject "Order" or chat with our digital assistant Vera – you can find her as a bubble at the bottom right of the page. Please provide your order number so that we can assign the order. We will get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution.
Can I return my products?
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. In this case, simply send an email to service@lavera.shop and let us know your wish to cancel. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please return the goods (if possible in the original packaging) within 14 days after expressing your wish to cancel.
Why is my favorite lavera product no longer available in the lavera online shop?
There can be several reasons for this. Sometimes the product is simply out of stock and will be available again in the online shop after a few days. Tip: If a product is currently unavailable, you can sign up for notifications directly on the product page – this way, you’ll be informed as soon as it’s back in stock.
If it remains unavailable after several days, it might be because we have launched a new version.
Our product range is constantly evolving – we introduce many new product innovations every year. Since not all existing products can be continued, we replace certain product lines with innovative new products. So it’s quite possible that your favorite product has been revised to optimize its properties or texture. In this case, there are changes to the design and/or the formula. Unfortunately, the previous version is no longer produced.
In some cases, certain lavera products are also discontinued without replacement and are no longer produced. This makes room for new product highlights, which you can conveniently buy in our online shop or in stores.
You might find some discontinued products for a while on our sales and promotions page. Just take a look!
How do I reach the lavera online shop customer service?
If we haven't been able to answer your question in our FAQs, our digital assistant Vera is happy to help – you can find her as a bubble at the bottom right of the page. Whether you have questions about your order or about our products and their use: Vera is available for you around the clock.
If Vera is unable to assist, she will automatically forward you to our lavera service team. Our colleagues will then get back to you personally as soon as possible.

Payment
Is there a minimum order value in the lavera online shop?
Yes, our online shop has a minimum order value of €9.90.
What payment options are available in the lavera online shop?
You can easily and conveniently pay for your lavera products in our online shop using the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
- PayPal
- Klarna Pay Now (instant bank transfer and direct debit)
- Klarna Pay Later (purchase on account)
- Apple Pay
Depending on the country from which you place your order, additional payment methods may be available to you.
Can I also pay by invoice in the lavera online shop?
At the moment, we unfortunately cannot offer you this payment option. As an online shop, we process all payments through secure online payment providers – this way, we can guarantee you a smooth and protected shopping experience.
Our tip: If you don’t want to pay immediately, you have two convenient options:
- Klarna Pay Later – our partner Klarna offers you the option to order by invoice and pay only after receiving the goods.
- PayPal "Pay Later" – you can also pay for your purchase within 30 days via PayPal.
My payment in the lavera online shop has failed. What can I do?
First, check that you have entered all data correctly. Specifically, you can also check the following:
Klarna: Check the creditworthiness of your Klarna account: www.klarna.com
Apple Pay: Please note that you can only pay with this payment method from an Apple device using the Safari browser or from the "Wallet".
If you find that you have entered something incorrectly, please try again with the correct information.
If all information is correct and the requirements are met but your payment still does not go through, please send us an email at service@lavera.shop, and we will take care of your order as soon as possible.
Promotions & Vouchers
How do I get my newsletter voucher code?
After registering for our newsletter, you will receive a one-time €5 voucher code. To do this, go to the Newsletter page and enter your details in the appropriate fields. You will then receive an email with a confirmation link – please click it to complete your registration. After successful confirmation, we will send you your personal voucher code in a second email. You can also find the redemption conditions for this voucher on the registration page.
How do I redeem a voucher or promo code in the lavera online shop?
You can redeem your voucher or promo code at checkout. To do this, add the desired products to your shopping cart and click “Proceed to Checkout".
- On desktop: You will find the “Discount Code" field to the right of your order summary. Enter your code there and click “Apply".
- On smartphone: Tap “Add Discount" at checkout and enter your code.
After entering it, your order total will update automatically.
All voucher codes are subject to certain conditions: In some cases, only one voucher code can be entered per order, sometimes a code only applies to specific promotional products, or a voucher code cannot be combined with other discounts. You can find the exact conditions on the relevant promotion page or in the newsletter.
Why was my voucher not accepted in the lavera online shop?
Please check if you have entered the voucher code correctly. If so, you should carefully read the terms and conditions for redeeming the voucher again. For example, the online shop requires a minimum order value of €9.90* (after applying the code), or it may only be valid for selected products or product lines.
Combining it with other discount codes is also not possible in some cases. Perhaps the promotion period has already ended. If you still cannot redeem your discount code despite our instructions, feel free to send us an email at service@lavera.shop or chat with our digital assistant Vera – you can find her as a bubble at the bottom right of the page.
Can I still redeem my lavera voucher or promo code afterwards?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply your voucher or promotional code retroactively. The code must always be entered in the appropriate field before completing the order.
What is a so-called "MHD product"?
It's simple: These products are just too good to throw away! The label "MHD" means that the best-before date of this product will be reached within the next few months. That's why we offer you these products at a reduced price. Everyone benefits: We make room in our warehouse for exciting new products, and you enjoy our proven care at an attractive discount! Important note: Our MHD products are still good for at least 2 more months.
Can I also buy gift vouchers in the lavera shop?
Currently, we are unfortunately unable to offer purchasable gift vouchers in our online shop. We kindly ask for your patience and hope to be able to provide this service to you soon.

Where can I buy lavera Natural Beauty products?
You can generally find our products in organic health food stores, natural cosmetics specialty shops, pharmacies, health food stores, perfumeries, department stores, drugstores, in our own online shop, as well as in other online shops.
Please note that the product range may vary from retailer to retailer.
How do I use a serum?
How do I use a serum?
You should ideally use your lavera serum AFTER thoroughly cleansing your face and BEFORE your favorite day or night cream. The reason: On fresh, cleansed skin, the small, highly concentrated active molecules of the serum can penetrate your skin more easily. Depending on your skin’s care needs, you can apply our serums daily or several times a week.
By the way: The fast-absorbing lavera serums are also ideal as a makeup base because their light textures provide moisture and care without feeling greasy.
Our tips:
- For a refreshed skin feeling, gently tap the lavera serum around your eyes
- Have you heard of "Face Mapping"? With this beauty method, you combine several serums for different care effects. Apply your serums spotwise to individual areas of the skin to specifically treat local "problem zones" like pigmentation spots or fine lines around the eyes
- If you like, you can also apply your lavera serum to your neck and décolleté – because not only your facial skin likes to be pampered!
Tips for your facial care routine with serums
- Thoroughly cleanse your facial skin with a refreshing cleansing gel, a mild cleansing milk, and a skin-type-appropriate toner
- Apply your lavera serum in circular motions to your entire face or just to specific areas and gently massage it in
- Wait a moment until the serum is fully absorbed
- Then apply your usual day or night cream
How do I properly use the solid lavera shampoos and shower gels?
Hold your solid lavera shampoo or shower gel under warm water and work the product into a rich lather in your hands. Massage the foam into your wet hair. For the solid shower gel, spread the gentle foam over your wet skin. Then rinse it off thoroughly.
After use, you should let the solid lavera products air dry. For hygienic storage, our practical Shampoo & Shower Box made of bamboo cellulose is ideal.
Which lavera products are vegan?
In our online shop, we have listed all vegan lavera products for you. From there, you can quickly and easily discover them and add them directly to your shopping cart.
We want to create Natural Beauty that is sustainably effective. To meet this claim and offer you the best possible care solutions, we also use some non-vegan ingredients in selected lavera products. This is still the case with some lavera colour cosmetics products (e.g., lip styling products, blush, or eyeshadow).
Examples of non-vegan ingredients in lavera Natural Beauty are beeswax, carmine, or pearl extract. They provide natural coloring, skin protection, or the desired care effect. In collaboration with our suppliers, alternatives to non-vegan ingredients are continuously being tested.
Did you know? We decided back in 2004 to use not only the label for certified Natural Beauty but also the Vegan Society's Vegan Trademark from the UK. The symbol indicates that no animal ingredients, but plant-based renewable raw materials, are used in the product. Every product that meets the Vegan Society's requirements is allowed to carry the Vegan symbol. Today, the majority of lavera Natural Beauty products are vegan.
How can I tell how long my lavera product is good for?
The so-called "Period After Opening" (PAO) indicates how long you should use your lavera product after opening it. You can recognize this type of information by the small printed jar symbol, which shows a number (e.g., 6, 12, or 24). This number indicates how many months after opening you can use the product without any concerns. For example, our colour cosmetics products are marked with this information.
Quick tip: Simply write the month you opened your lavera product next to the small jar symbol with a thin, waterproof pen. This way, you always have the shelf life in view and can better estimate how long it will take to use it up.
Some lavera products give you a very precise indication of their shelf life. For these products, we have printed a best before date (short: BBD) on the packaging. The best before date shows you the ideal time by which the product should be used up. A small hourglass symbol indicates where you can find the BBD on the product. Look for the embossing, e.g., 03/2021 (month/year). Here you can find the information for some of our packaging types:
- Tubes: At the upper edge of the tube (tube seam)
- Jars: At the edge of the label or under the jar
- Pump dispensers: Under the product or on the seal label (e.g., with lavera make-ups)
- Sachets (masks and samples): Back, at the bottom or side edge of the sachet
- Folding boxes: Bottom side
