Hanover, 08/04/2022 - The animal rights organization honors innovative vegan products and services in the travel sector with the "PETA Vegan Travel Award 2022". lavera Natural Beauty won the award in the category "Best vegan After Sun care".

Vegan travel offers are becoming more popular year after year. Therefore, the travel industry is responding to the wishes of consumers who value vegan travel cosmetics, vegan beachwear, or vegan menu options on the go. This year, PETA once again awarded companies, brands, and start-ups in a total of 17 categories with the Vegan Travel Award 2022.

lavera Natural Beauty scored in this competition with the refreshing After Sun lotion. The summer lotion should not be missing in any travel suitcase. With its cooling natural composition of organic aloe vera and organic shea butter, it provides 24 hours of moisture, soothes after sunbathing, and helps sun-tanned skin from drying out. The formula is of natural origin, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable – which is especially important in countries where water treatment is still being developed. Its sustainable packaging (including the lid) consists of 94% recycled plastic (recyclate) and is recyclable.
