5 facts why our skin loves nature!
Natural Beauty is booming because it is green, sustainable, ecological, and always the right choice for a clear conscience. In time for the "Day of Natural Beauty" on November 23, we provide five facts about our favorite topic, Natural Beauty.
1. No to silicones!
On average, each of us uses several cosmetic products daily – absorbing numerous substances through the skin into the bloodstream. Certified Natural Beauty uses purely plant-based oils and fats, natural waxes, as well as natural fragrance and colorants. Paraffins, silicones, microplastics, and synthetic fragrances are taboo.
2. Skin regeneration from within!
Silicones can form a film over the skin and fill in fine lines and pores. A nice effect, but they can clog pores, reduce the skin’s ability to breathe, and impair the skin barrier. Natural Beauty uses only natural, skin-native substances (such as lecithin) that penetrate the skin and provide lasting care. This way, the skin learns to regenerate from within.
3. Plant power – nature works!
Power ingredients like Q10, ceramides, and natural hyaluronic acid can also be obtained naturally and are found, for example, in numerous natural anti-aging products that naturally support us beautifully in our aging process.
4. Nourishing!
Nature has everything the skin needs, as many natural ingredients have nourishing and healing properties. For example, Aloe Vera and shea butter are known for their moisturizing and regenerating qualities, which keep the skin healthy and radiant.
5. Oh, how that smells!
While conventional products can use around 5000 synthetic fragrances, Natural Beauty has only about 400 fragrances available – based on natural essential oils.

Whether a beauty product is truly Natural Beauty can be recognized by the NATRUE or COSMOS Ecocert seals. By the way, the NATRUE association was founded in 2007 by lavera and other Natural Beauty manufacturers.
