Before you start filling in your lips, you should employ a lip-care routine. First step: exfoliation. All you need for this process is a very soft toothbrush; use it to gently massage your lips.
Then apply a lip balm (such as lavera Classic lip balm with organic jojoba oil and organic almond oil). Make sure to let the lip balm sink in thoroughly before applying any other lip products so your lipstick will last longer.
Use a lipliner pencil (such as lavera Soft Lipliner) to accentuate your upper lip. Apply the liner along the natural outer line of your upper lip. To make lips look even fuller, dab a bit of lip gloss (such as Glossy Lips Charming Crystals 13) onto the center of your lips.
Does your upper lip still look too thin? No problem! Apply your lipstick with a lip brush and extend the line just beyond the contours of your lips. That will make your lips look fuller!
Opt for lighter shades (such as Beautiful Lips Colour Intense Frosty Pink 19) to avoid making your mouth look smaller. Use a lipliner pencil (such as Soft Lipliner Pink 02) to line the outer edges of your Cupid’s bow and lower lip.
Use a lip pencil that is one shade darker to make your lips look fuller.
We recommend lipsticks with a matte or creamy finish. Avoid vibrant colors that would draw more attention to your lips. Brown shades such as lavera Beautiful Lips Colour Intense Maroon Kiss 09 are ideal, as are pink shades such as Colour Intense Matt’n Pink 25.
