Second powder tip: Volume and length for short, thin lashes
If you have short, thin lashes, try dusting them with a little powder before applying mascara.
To add length, apply some mascara to the ends of the lashes, let dry and then apply a second coat, wiggling the brush back and forth from the base to the tip. Double-coating the tips will make your lashes look longer and add volume without weighing them down.
